I wanted to lighten up this space and update it within a reasonable budget. I used an existing dark wood dining table and bench and painted them a crisp white color. I used Benjamin Moore white with no pigment. Then I added some sheepskin rugs as throws to soften the bench seating and leather woven end chairs to mix in a mid-century element. I framed the windows with white linen curtains and added a some shine with oversized brass rods.
